All services are provided by certified technicians using premium, internationally certified materials.

3. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Grant access to your property for consultation and installation
  • Ensure a safe working environment for our technicians
  • Make timely payments as agreed
  • Follow care and maintenance instructions provided
  • Not attempt to remove or modify installed films without professional assistance

4. Consultation and Quotes

Free consultations and quotes are provided for informational purposes. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on:

  • Actual measurements and site conditions
  • Material selection and specifications
  • Additional services requested
  • Complexity of installation

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  • A deposit may be required to secure your installation date
  • Final payment is due upon completion of installation
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • All prices are in Saudi Riyal (SAR) unless otherwise stated

6. Warranty Information

All installations come with comprehensive warranties:

  • Material Warranty: Provided by the manufacturer, typically 5-10 years depending on product
  • Installation Warranty: Coverage for installation defects and workmanship
  • Warranty Coverage: Includes defects in materials and installation, but excludes damage from misuse, accidents, or natural disasters
  • Warranty Claims: Contact us immediately if you notice any issues. We will inspect and address valid claims promptly

7. Installation Process

Installation procedures:

  • Installation dates are scheduled based on availability
  • We will provide advance notice of installation schedule
  • Installation time varies based on project scope
  • You will receive care and maintenance instructions upon completion
  • We will conduct a final inspection with you before completion

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Clavera Home's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for damage to property that existed prior to installation
  • We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, accidents, or failure to follow maintenance instructions

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before scheduled installation: Full refund of deposit
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before: Deposit may be retained
  • Refunds for completed work are considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Material costs are non-refundable once materials are ordered

10. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials provided by Clavera Home, including but not limited to website content, marketing materials, and installation designs, are the property of Clavera Home and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute:

  • We encourage direct communication to resolve issues
  • Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation
  • If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
  • Saudi Arabian law governs these terms

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Force Majeure

Clavera Home shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
